Enjoyed My Time

Friendly staff, level site easy to back in and get out. Plenty of room. I love the walk around the “dog run” and fishing area. Beautiful scenery looking at Corpus Christi especially at night. Would return if in the area. Pool was a bit too cold for me though.

Stay Away, They Do Not Care About You

I would give them zero Stars if I was able. I never stepped foot on this property but after trying to cancel reservations due to the Corona virus and my family member suddenly being placed on life support. They tell me that I will receive $20 out of the $240 that I paid. Nice way to treat a person during national crisis, family member in the hospital, and retired military. I would not waste your time or your money,i they care about customers under extreme circumstances.

Stayed 3 days while traveling. Worked out good. Comfortable and not tooo close. On the bay and lots of room to walk around.

Stayed for roughly 5 weeks. All the monthly sites were booked, but they were accommodating with a weekly pull through site. Had to move two times the first week, which is expected with my last minute booking. Staff was very welcoming and polite, helped in all aspects of my stay. They put on a $4 lunch Saturday mornings that is well worth the money. Will be staying again as I frequent the Corpus Christi area for work.

Lovely park with friendly people. We stayed for 1 week. Seems to be split with oil workers and winter Texans. Will come back if there is room.
